At WishNest Store, we want your gift boxes, wall art, greeting cards and books to reach you and your loved ones quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about shipping costs, dispatch and delivery times.
Shipping Costs Within Australia

| All other orders | $6.50 flat rate per order (incl. GST) |
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout – no code needed. If your order includes greeting cards together with other items and comes to less than $80, the $6.50 flat rate applies once to the whole order.
International Shipping

International orders are GST-free, so overseas customers are not charged Australian GST on products or shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Dispatch
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours, so your items start their journey almost immediately after purchase.
Delivery Times
We ship via trusted courier services. Delivery within Australia usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Damaged, Faulty or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please see our Refund Policy or contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
